Dr. W. Allen Loy directed the Methodist Medical Center Laboratory from 1987 until 1999, and has a special interest in laboratory administration and general surgical pathology. He is Board certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology and was recertified for both in 1998. Dr. Loy received his medical degree from the University of Tennessee College of Medicine, Memphis, and completed his pathology residency at UT-City of Memphis Hospitals.
	Dr. Janet D. Allen is a graduate of the University of Tennessee College of Medicine in Memphis. Her pathology residency was completed at Baptist Memorial Hospital also in Memphis. Dr. Allen is Board Certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology. She holds subspecialty boards in Blood Banking and Transfusion Medicine and oversees the blood bank at Methodist Medical Center.
	Dr. Stephen H. Harrison serves as the Laboratory Director for Methodist Medical Center, and has a special interest in clinical chemistry. He is a graduate of Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans, and completed his residency in pathology at the University of Colorado Health Science Center. Dr. Harrison is Board Certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology and is board eligible in clinical chemistry.
	Dr. Joseph B. Eatherly serves as the Laboratory Director of Pathology Medical Associates. Dr. Eatherly is a graduate of the University of Tennessee College of Medicine in Memphis and completed his Anatomic and Clinical Pathology residency at Letterman Army Medical Center. He has a special interest in Hematology, Coagulation and Immunohistochemistry, and oversees the Hematology Laboratory at Methodist Medical Center.
	Dr. Rebecca L. Foust is a graduate of The University of Tennessee College of Medicine in Memphis. Dr. Foust is board certified in anatomic and clinical pathology and holds subspecialty boards in Cytopathology. She is the supervisor of the cytology department at Pathology Medical Associates. She completed her pathology residency and cytopathology fellowship at Baptist Memorial Hospital / University of Tennessee Pathology and Cytopathology program.
	Eloise Griffith is the Office Manager for Pathology Medical Associates and also coordinates billing and insurance. Eloise attended Steed Business College in Johnson City, TN. She has been involved in billing and insurance for over 20 years. Before joining Pathology Medical Associates, Eloise was an experienced business and office manager for a medical practice. She will be glad to assist our clients and their patients with questions or concerns. Due to her expertise and relationship with the managed care groups, PMA is proud that we participate in or have contracts with all major insurance plans covering patients in our region.
	Matt Robertson serves as the Client Service Representative for Pathology Medical Associates, P.C. and is a liaison between the physician practices and PMA Laboratory. As a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University, Matt holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and possesses over 5 years experience in sales and marketing. Matt implements PMA’s marketing and new business development programs. He services primary care and specialty physicians and their practices by communicating medical technologies and correct procedures and any pathology needs while building client loyalty.
